Terms of Service:

First and foremost, please make sure you tell us your real name and character name to help us identify you. It is difficult to sort who is who, especially when you only know about the person through e-mail contact.

I: Quote and Commission Requirements:

Certain things are required from you when you request a quote from Fenrir Productions.

 The following is necessary for all partials and full fursuit quotes:

• 3 views of concept art (Front, Side, Back)
• A written description of what you want your fursuit to look like.
• A “deadline” for the commission, if you need it done by a certain date.
• Level of realism.

For feetpaws, handpaws, tails, and ears as individual items, the following is necessary:

• Concept art (one view is fine, or just an illustration of the area).
• A size preferred for the piece (example: I would like the tail to be 3 feet long).
• Any deadlines.
• Level of realism.

II: Payment Requirements:

Certain payment requirements are enforced when commissioning your fursuit or fursuit pieces, as listed below:

• A 35% deposit of your final cost. This deposit is non-refundable.
• The remaining 65% by the deadline discussed.
• An extra 3% may be added into your deposit to cover PayPal fees, should you decide to use PayPal.
• Payment plans may be available. However, if this is abused, I will remove any payment plan options. If you miss a payment, then you will be issued a warning and the payment will be expected either before or along with the next payment. If you miss three payments in a row, your commission will be dropped, you will be refunded your remaining balance after the 35%, and your fursuit or fursuit pieces will be kept or sold by Fenrir Productions.
• Fursuits must be paid for two weeks after the agreed finish date. If they are not paid for by their completion date or within two weeks after, then your fursuit will be kept by Fenrir Productions. You For instance, if we agree that you want your fursuit by March 1st, and I get it done on time, but you delay the payment until the 15th.

III: Customer Requirements:

The following are requirements that I expect of the commissioner.

• If ordering a full fursuit, I will need measurements and a duct tape dummy. I will e-mail you the measurements that I will need, and a tutorial for a duct tape dummy can be found here. Please ship the dummy to me unstuffed, and note that I do not need the hands and feet.
• If ordering a partial fursuit or fursuit pieces, then you must fill out the measurements required. A plaster cast or duct tape dummy of your head is optional.
• Communication must be withheld with me. In other words, if I send you an e-mail, I expect response within a reasonable amount of time. If you lose communication for a month, then I will send you a warning e-mail. If you fail to respond within the next two weeks, then your commission will be cancelled, you will be refunded all money put into it but the 35% deposit, and the fursuit will become property of Fenrir Productions to be sold, kept, or given away.

IV: Warranty:

Each costume and costume peice that I produce has a 60 day limited warranty. I will repair the suit for free within this period, unless the following is suspect:

• The fursuit appears to have been misproperly treated.
• The fursuit appears to have been use for a purpose it was not meant for.
• The fursuit has been modified in any way, or changes have been made by anyone but myself.

Any evidence of the above will void your warranty.

If you need to send the costume back for repairs, make sure you wash, clean, and disinfect the peices, depending on their individual care needs (see the care guide if you are uncertain on cleaning). If I recieve a dirty fursuit or costume peice, I will package it back up and return it to you, and your warranty will be considered void.

Shipping carrier and methods will be discussed at the time of purchase. At current, it is easiest to ship with Fed Ex, which is my preferred carrier.
